Research Phase: Water Collection from Atmospheric Humidity
During the research phase of the project, I explored various methods of collecting water from the humidity in the air. I investigated both man-made structures and nature-inspired solutions, drawing inspiration from elements like mushrooms and moss.
One approach that particularly inspired me was the use of mesh materials. These fine threads can capture and direct droplets into a concealed container. The use of mesh stood out as an ideal solution since it requires no power other than gravity and appears to be low-maintenance.
Project Overview: Outdoor Furniture Design

In my research into the outdoor furniture market, I found a particular interest in designing outdoor tables, lounge chairs, and benches. These specific pieces guided my creative process as I moved into the conceptual phase of the project
